Recipe :


3 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 table spoon cinnamon powder

3 eggs

1 cup oil

2 cups sugar ( I always use less and substitute with brown sugar. Fruits have natural sweetness )

3 tap vanilla extract

2 cups grated apple

Method :

Preheat oven to 165c ( fan assisted )

In a bowl sift all dry ingredients and set aside. In another bowl add eggs , sugar , oil , vanilla essence and beat until creamy. Add flour and beat at low speed once mixed fold in apples.

Pour in a 2 lb loaf tin and bake for 40-60 min. This recipe make 2 loaves I always half the ingredients and make one batch.

Let it cool for 20mins and enjoy

Kids can have them for breakfast asbwell. My daughters only eats bread as she calls it Sookhi bread mamma. So I give her stuff like this.
