• Chicken mince 500 gms
  • Onion 2 Chopped
  • bread slices 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
  • Nestle yougurt 2 tablespoon
  • Happy cow cheese 3 triangles
  • Green chillies 1 tablespoon chopped
  • Black pepper powder ½ teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder ½ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro ½ bunch
  • Eggs beaten 3


Wash chicken mince and squeeze as much water possible to remove all the moisture.

Grind the chicken with bread slices, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, onions, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt , cheese triangles yougurt till well combined and form a dough. Add chopped cilantro into mixture and mix well.

Apply little oil to hands scoop out balls of chicken mixture and shape them into flat round and medium thickness cutlets

Beat eggs in a bowl and add black pepper powder and salt dip the cutlets one by one and Shallow fry in medium hot oil over low heat for 5 minutes on each side, or untill the side turns to a nice golden color flip the cutlets and cook the other side as well

The oil should be medium hot once the cutlets are added for frying lower the flame to minimum to avoid over browning of cutlets

Serve with hari chutni or raita
