Molten lava Lasagne

For crepes

  • Maida  2 cups
  • Egg     2
  • Salt     a pinch
  • Milk      2 cup + needed
  • Melted butter   3 tbsp

Method:

Mix maida salt and egg, now add milk and mix well with whisker or electric beater, add more milk if needed, add butter. Now in a non stick pan make thin crepes. Keep them aside.

White sauce:

  • Maida   3 tbsp
  • Butter   3 tbsp
  • Milk         1/2 litre approx
  • Cream  half pack
  • Salt pepper to taste
  • Chedder cheese 1/2 cup grated.

Method:

In a pan heat butter and maida all together on low flame cook for approx 2 mins then add milk into it. When sauce start thickens add cream cheese and seasoning.

Put sume sauce in ice cube tray and freeze and keep remaining sauce for layering.

Chicken masala

  • Chicken qeema   1 kg
  • Salt        to taste
  • Black pepper     1/2 tsp.
  • Soya sauce    2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce      2 tbsp
  • Oregano     1/2 tsp
  • Garlic     2 cloves freshly chopped

Method

In a wok heat oil and fry garlic. Then add chicken mince and all the spices. Cook well.

Tomato sauce

  •  Tomato 2 medium pureed
  • Vinegar 2 teaspoon
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Make tomato sauce by adding 2 medium tomato puree with salt pepper 2 tsp vinegar and 1 tbsp sugar. Add the sauce in the chicken mix.

Assembling:-

  • Grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese as required

In a round cake pan place butter paper. Now start layering with crepes, white sauce, mince, cheese then again crepes sauce mince cheese. Now make a cavity in the mid and place white sauce frozen cubes. Now again make layer of crepes and mince and then crepes. Put some cheese over it, some sliced capsicum and chili flakes. Bake for 15 minutes on high. Serve hot.
