Ingredients:-

  • Whole wheat macaroni boiled 2 cups
  • Chicken 250 gms boneless strips
  • Olives slices 4 tablespoon
  • Mixed herbs â…“ teaspoon
  • Chopped garlic 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger Julian 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli garlic sauce (ketchup) 2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil 1 teaspoon
  • Honey I teaspoon
  • Mustard paste 1 teaspoon
  • BBQ sauce 1 teaspoon optional
  • Black ppr crushed 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Broccoli blanched ½ cup
  • Jàlapèno chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Iceberg lettuce to form bed as required

Method:-

Cook chicken with minimum oil and salt . Keep aside. Take a mixing bowl and mix all the liquid ingredients and spices. Mix well add the rest of the ingredients and toss . Transfer to a serving platter lined with iceberg lettuce or you can also add Chopped iceberg lettuce in the salad.
